GILES COUNTY (WSLS 10) - Stop 13 on the Virginia Proud Weather Tour took Jonathan Kegges to Mountain Lake Lodge.
The lodge offers many exciting activities. Among them are Tree Top Adventures, which includes high-ropes course and zip lining, as well as bubble ball.
"People might not know exactly where Mountain Lake is, but if they hear Dirty Dancing, they know exactly what that is," said Matt Simpson, the recreation director. "But with all of these activities we've got it's really become a place for people who are really adventurous who really want to do something that is unique and do especially with ropes courses they might be around, but archery tag and bubble ball are around."
On Tuesday, the tour will be in Pulaski County at The Marketplace on its opening day for the season.
