This upcoming weekend is Ramble Weekend.
2016 marks the 15th year of the Pigg River Ramble.
Franklin County Director of Parks and Recreation Paul Chatman said it takes a lot of time to plan this full weekend of events.
The Blackwater Blackout is Friday, on Saturday is the Pigg River Ramble and there's a float on Sunday.
On Wednesday, Jeff will be in Amherst County on the campus of Sweet Briar College.
