Slightly cooler Tuesday, blast of cold for Thanksgiving

ROANOKE, Va – After a day in the mid-60s Monday, we're heading back into the 50s in the temperature department Tuesday. Behind a stronger cold front Wednesday night, temperatures plummet as Thanksgiving arrives.

While we will turn much colder, the weather for travel locally will be quiet. Black Friday shoppers will need to bundle up as temperatures Friday morning get a start in the 20s.
