PITTSYLVANIA COUNTY, Va. – Stop 7 on the Virginia Proud Weather Tour took Jeff Haniewich to Ringgold Fire & Rescue in Pittsylvania County.
While there, Jeff talked with Chief Mike Neal about how his coverage area has grown and how proud Neal is of his staff.
Also, Jeff learned from EMS 2nd. Lt. Kevin James about why James does what he does. In 2007, James was in a serious car accident and the people who rescued him were members of Ringgold Fire & Rescue and that inspired him to join.
Stop 8 on the tour will take Jeff to Floyd County.
