ELLISTON (WSLS) - Montgomery County students now have an easier way to apply for college, thanks to a new pilot program from the state.
This year, students can send and receive their transcripts all through an online process from any device, and it is free of charge for the students and the schools. Â School leaders say it costs almost $6 to process, print and mail one paper transcript.Â
