Police investigate after dozens of iPhones stolen from Lynchburg Sprint store

Burglary reported early Tuesday morning

LYNCHBURG, Va. – Lynchburg police are asking for the public's help to identify whoever broke into a Sprint store early Tuesday morning and stole iPhones.

On Wednesday, police sent WSLS 10 surveillance footage, showing the people they believe broke into the store.

Officers responded at 3:37 a.m to the store at 4018 Wards Road after an alarm was activated.

They found the front door shattered, damage inside the store and between 20 and 30 iPhones stolen.

The Crime Scene Unit collected evidence from the scene.
