Jimmy John's, which has more than 2,800 locations in 43 states, did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

"For 117 days they were maintaining vital functions in a pregnant, brain dead woman. The little girl, named Eliska, was born Aug. 15, weighing approximately 4 pounds, 10 ounces, EuroNews reported.
