Led by Zach Cleveland's 19 points, the Liberty Flames defeated the Sam Houston Bearkats 79-72 on Saturday. The Flames improved to 25-6 with the win and the Bearkats fell to 21-10.

Grant Newell and Teagan Moore both had 21 points and Western Kentucky put an end to Liberty’s 17-game winning streak with a 94-73 victory.
