The Virginia Department of Social Services announced that there will be a planned EBT service outage from 11 p.m. on Feb. 17 until 7 a.m. on Feb. 18. During this time EBT transactions will not be processed and customers will not be able to access their benefits. Officials said they expect services to resume immediately once the maintenance period ends.
