Publix construction could start next month

A spokesperson from Publix told 10 News that construction is expected to begin next month. However, Roanoke County says they have not issued a permit for them to begin construction just yet and the approval process for this type of project is lengthy and steps remain until a permit card can be issued, but they are working to make that process happen.
