Solar Farm approved for Franklin County

A new solar farm is one step closer to becoming a reality in Franklin County. Last week, the Board of Supervisors voted to approve the project in Union Hall on Jacks Creek Rd., marking a rare win for renewable energy in the area. It’s a move that could bring renewable power to over 500 homes.
