Lynchburg nuclear company to host ribbon-cutting ceremony with Gov. Youngkin, state leaders

On Thursday morning, a nuclear company will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony with Gov. Glenn Youngkin to celebrate its newly upgraded facility on Mill Ridge Road in Lynchburg.
