CHIP of Roanoke Valley to host annual Back-to-School Celebration with free supplies and services

Hundreds of families will receive free school supplies, haircuts, and wellness services during CHIP of Roanoke Valley’s fourth annual Back-to-School Celebration on Wednesday.
