Henri Gendreau from the Roanoke Rambler requested the projected water usage for Google's proposed data center in Botetourt County. When he received redacted documents, Mike McEvoy and The Western Virginia Water Authority claimed this information was proprietary. Gendreau disagreed and took them to court.
