Roanoke Valley SPCA says 'thank you' for fostering pets during winter storm

Before the winter storm the Roanoke Valley SPCA asked for your help to adopt their pets and keep them safe while the weather was rough. Now, they want to say thank you to those who stepped up in a big way.
