Wytheville man on trial for second-degree murder, found guilty of voluntary manslaughter

A Wytheville man who was on trial for second-degree murder, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, and discharging a firearm inside of an occupied dwelling was found guilty of voluntary manslaughter after having his second-degree murder charge reduced. Hawks was also found guilty of malicious discharge of a firearm in an occupancy and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
