The rails on the Dream on Me Two-Level Deluxe Play Yards can collapse, posing a strangulation hazard.
They were sold online at Amazon, Kohl's, Toys 'R Us, Walmart, Wayfair, and other online retailers between March 2010 and January 2014 for about $60.
There have been no injuries reported from the hazards, according to the CSPC. Consumers should stop using the playpens immediately and contact Dream On Me for a repair kit.
