BLACKSBURG (WSLS 10) - Virginia Tech police arrested two men in connection to the theft of two Virginia Tech football helmets from Merryman Athletic Facility late last month.
Eric Lugg, 20, of Loch Haven, and Joshua Villanueva, 21, of Austin, Texas, are both charged with one count of felony grand larceny and one count of breaking and entering.
In a post on its Facebook page, the police department credited the public for helping it identify these two men.
Both Lugg and Villanueva were arrested earlier this week.
