GALAX, Va. – A man accused of murdering a woman and her young daughter in Galax will spend the rest of his life in prison.
Richard Nofsinger pleaded guilty to capital and first-degree murder on Wednesday, according to court documents.
Police believe Nofsinger was trying to rob Alyssa Kenny's home before he killed her and her 21-month-old daughter on March 10, 2016.
