WATCH: Joe Biden says he’ll win election, not yet declaring victory He says his path to 270 electoral votes is clear

WILMINGTON, Del. – Joe Biden all but said he’s America’s next president on Tuesday afternoon.
The former vice president spoke shortly after 4 p.m. and announced that while he feels he will achieve the 270 votes needed, he is not yet declaring victory.
As of 4:19 p.m., NBC News is projected Biden to win 237 Electoral College votes while President Trump has 214.
