Roanoke cancels St. Patrick's Day parade and Shamrock Festival

Coronavirus has canceled St. Patrick’s Day festivities in the Star City for the second year in a row.

Downtown Roanoke, Inc. made the announcement to cancel the 2021 parade and Shamrock Festival on its Facebook page on Monday morning.
