Burlington Elementary School in Roanoke County has closed early due to a power outage in the area.

School officials stated that the school closed at 12:45 p.m. and currently does not have regular phone or internet access.

Parents are asked to call 540-561-8162 for urgent messages. All after-school activities are canceled.
