Frank Theatres to reopen after shutdown

BLACKSBURG, Va. – Frank Theatres in Blacksburg will reopen this afternoon at 4 p.m. 

A judge granted a temporary injunction Thursday, as long as the owners of the CineBowl and Grill pay an $80,000 bond.

This week, the shopping center owners locked the doors of the theater.

The judge ruled that the property owners did not follow the lease when it did not give enough notice before locking the doors.
