A few pockets of heavy rain were with us as the remnants of Cindy passed on through. All of that moisture is now east of the area and for the rest of our Saturday, sunshine goes on the increase. Behind a cold front trailing behind Cindy’s remnants, cooler, more refreshing air spills into the area as we head into the upcoming work week.
Today: Sunny and hot with highs in the mid to upper 80s. Breezy at times with winds out of the west.
Tonight: Mostly clear and pleasant with lows in the mid 50s.
Temperatures head back to the 70s on Monday as that cooler air settles into the region. Overnight lows for the better part of the next seven days fall back into the 50s, so some great window opening weather is coming down the pipeline. Sunshine also looks to stick with us for the most part over the next week as high pressure dominates the area.
