Blacksburg, Glenvar boys soccer earn Friday night wins
SALEM, Va. – On the soccer pitch Friday night, Glenvar defeated Auburn 2-0 in a home match. Parker Doolan scored both goals for the Highlanders as the team moved to 10-0-2 this season. It proved to be the first loss of the season for the Eagles who are now 11-1-2.
Perennial powerhouse Blacksburg made a trip to Salem for a River Ridge District matchup. The Bruins led 2-0 at halftime before securing the 4-0 victory. Blacksburg improved to 14-0 this season.
