The Army has started loading up some of the tanks that will take to the streets of the nation’s capital during the 250th anniversary celebration of the service next month.

The U.S. will send Ukraine nearly $3 billion in military aid, in a massive new package that will for the first time include several dozen Bradley fighting vehicles.
