The man responsible for the deadly truck attack in New Orleans on New Year’s Day visited the city twice before and recorded video of the French Quarter with Meta smart glasses.

Law enforcement officials say the man who rammed a truck into a New Year's crowd had suspected bomb-making materials at his home and reserved the rental vehicle used in the attack weeks earlier.
