Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton’s office says one of the first doctors in the U.S. accused of illegally providing care to transgender youth under GOP-led bans was found not to have broken the law.

Texas has sued a Dallas doctor over accusations of providing gender-affirming care for transgender youths, bringing to court one of the first times a state has sought to enforce bans driven by Republicans in recent years.
