Protests against President Donald Trump’s administration are once again taking place in communities across the U.S. Organizers of Saturday’s events say they’re protesting against what they view as the Republican administration’s constitutional and civil rights violations. Some of the protests are drawing on themes from the American Revolutionary War as Saturday marks 250 years since the Battles of Lexington and Concord in Massachusetts launched the conflict. Protests were also planned outside Tesla car dealerships against billionaire Trump adviser Elon Musk while still others organized more community-service events, such as food drives, teach-ins and volunteering at local shelters.

U.S. stocks are bouncing back after the market experienced its worst day in two years on Monday, but the average investor may still be understandably spooked.

Former NASCAR driver Eric McClure died Sunday at the age of 42.

Eglet, lead counsel for the law firm Eglet Adams, which filed the lawsuits, said "I believe that the rates should have been cut something in the order of 50-60%. The rates that were charged violate state law against excessive premiums, the lawsuits contend. The lawsuits were filed on behalf of Nevada insurance customers against State Farm, USAA, Geico, Acuity, Liberty Mutual, Farmers, Progressive, Travelers, Nationwide and Allstate. “Since then we have continued to support our customers with broad reductions in auto insurance rates that will continue beyond the pandemic,” the company said. Lawsuits were filed last summer in Illinois contending six auto insurers failed to offer big enough relief on premiums, according to the Chicago Tribune.
