The United States has blacklisted six Chinese entities it says are linked to Beijing’s aerospace programs as part of its retaliation over an alleged Chinese spy balloon that traversed U.S. airspace.

The Biden administration says the China balloon shot down by the U.S. was equipped to collect intelligence signals as part of a huge, military-linked aerial spy program that has targeted more than 40 countries.

The number of arrests of children under 15 has dropped consistently since 2014, the data show. The FBI is on the hunt for a woman they have dubbed the "Pink Lady Bandit." During each robbery, the FBI said the Pink Lady Bandit showed a bank teller a note demanding money. Three days later, authorities say the Pink Lady Bandit robbed a bank in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, on the state's eastern shore. Between Thursday and Saturday, the Pink Lady Bandit robbed two banks in North Carolina. There is a $10,000 reward for anyone with information on the Pink Lady Bandit.
