Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares announced today that the state is part of a coalition of 50 attorneys general that reached a $149.7 million settlement with Mercedes-Benz USA and Daimler AG.

Virginia’s Attorney General, Jason Miyares, announced Tuesday his office is investigating  whether manufacturers and pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) have artificially inflated prices while “deceiving consumers”. His office said in a press release the probe could uncover violations of the state’s Consumer Protection Act.
