Virginia Supreme Court denies stay of Circuit Court order on referendum ruling

The Virginia Supreme Court has rejected an emergency motion filed by Attorney General Jay Jones to appeal a Tazewell County Circuit Court’s ruling, which blocked the certification of Virginia’s Redistricting vote.
