Martinsville City leaders take legal action amid ongoing controversy

Martinsville Mayor LC Jones and former City Manager Aretha Ferrell-Benavides have filed lawsuits against a city council member, the city’s law firm and, in Ferrell-Benavides’ case, the city itself.
