OSHA says it has six months to investigate and will cite the company if violations are found.
Roanoke Police say the call came in just after 6:00 Sunday. A spokesman says a 44-year-old man was deceased when officers arrived after what appeared to be an industrial accident.
The Elizabeth Arden Logistics Center is located at 1751 Blue Hills Drive. The company released a statement saying, "We are deeply saddened by a fatality that has been suffered at our Roanoke Logistics Center.
