Radford Adventure Club Director and employee charged

RADFORD (WSLS 10) The Director and an employee of the Radford Adventure Club have been arrested and charged following an abuse and neglect complaint.

On April 28,the Radford Department of Social Services received a complaint about abuse and neglect at the Radford Adventure Club. The Radford City Police Department and Department of Social Services conducted a joint investigation resulting in the arrest of Kimberly Albert, 40, Parrott, and Charlotte Hall, 39, of Christiansburg.

2 counts of obstruction of justice

Charlotte Darlene Hall, age 39 of Christiansburg

Charges:

6 counts of assault and battery of a child

6 counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor

There were three children involved and the parents of the victims have been made aware of the situation. This is an ongoing investigation and no further information will be released at this time.

Both women are being held at the New River Valley Regional Jail on no bond.
