CHRISTIANSBURG (WSLS 10) - Montgomery County is receiving new grant money to market its tourism product across the country.
The regional tourism office will use $15,000 to take its new brand "Go to Town" on the road.
Montgomery County recently unveiled a new website and new marketing brochures as part of its re-branding campaign.
The money is part of a $900,000 grant from the state tourism office. That money will be divided between 43 localities, including Radford, Roanoke, Floyd, Giles County, Halifax County, South Boston, Wytheville, Martinsville and Pulaski.
