Giles County man pleads guilty to human trafficking charges Gusler will spend seven years in prison
GILES COUNTY, Va. – A man accused of human trafficking pleaded guilty to the crime in a Giles County courtroom on Wednesday afternoon.
Gary Gusler, 54, of Newport, Virginia, will spend seven years in prison for abduction, human trafficking and living in a bawdy house.
Authorities believe Gusler bonded dozens of women out of jail in exchange for sex and then held them against their will in his Giles County home.
