ROANOKE COUNTY, Va. – A wreck is causing a traffic issue on Franklin Road in Roanoke County Thursday morning.
The road is down to one lane in both directions in the 7600 block near Willow Branch Road. That's close to the Walmart and Clearbrook Elementary.
