ROANOKE, Va. – Mission BBQ is thanking all those who are serving and have served our country this Armed Forces Week.
Each day this week, the restaurant will commemorate a different branch of the military by giving a free sandwich as a thank you.

Here's the breakdown of which branches will be recognized on which days:
Monday, May 13 - Army
Tuesday, May 14 - Marine Corps
Wednesday, May 15 - Navy
Thursday, May 16 - Air Force
Friday, May 17 - Coast Guard
On Saturday, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., the restaurant will be giving free sandwiches to all veterans and active duty military.
All restaurants will also feature a live singing of the national anthem at noon.
