FRANKLIN COUNTY, Va. – Jae Valley Road is open after Friday morning’s tractor-trailer crash.

Both lanes of Jae Valley Road or Route 116, near the Franklin County line, are currently blocked until further notice because of a tractor-trailer that’s stuck, according to the Roanoke County Police Department.
