CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Va. – UPDATE
A suspect is now in custody after a shelter-in-place was issued in parts of Charlotte County on Thursday afternoon.
The shelter-in-place was issued for the area near Bacon School and Deupress Store Road.

A shelter-in-place has been issued in the area of Bacon School and Deupress Store Road in Charlotte County, according to the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office .
