DANVILLE, Va. – An apartment fire in Danville is under investigation.
The Danville Fire Department responded to the apartments in the 100 block of Baskerville Court just before 2 a.m. Tuesday.

Fire crews said the HVAC unit outside was on fire and it was also spreading to other areas of the building.
Everyone got out of the building safely and the fire didn’t spread inside.
Two people who lived there are now displaced.
