A fire broke out in the early morning Wednesday in downtown Hot Springs. It affected both stories of the LcDO restaurant and Jackson River Cafe building on Main Street. All tenants in the upstairs apartments were safely evacuated by the property owner. Firefighters battled the blaze, which was in the walls, for several hours.
