WATCH: Mabry Mill showcases new completed roof
FLOYD COUNTY, Va. – Work is officially completed on the new roof for Mabry Mill!
Crews began working to replace the roof last month. Now, the scaffolding has been removed, and the building has been restored to its former glory.
The park service did not have the funding to take on the project; however, luckily, the Blue Ridge Parkway Foundation stepped in to provide the necessary funds.
