ROCKBRIDGE CO, Va. – New information Thursday night in the Natural Bridge Zoo Giraffe saga. Owners of the Zoo appealed a Circuit Court Ruling allowing the state to seize the remaining giraffes.
Now the Virginia State Court of Appeals issued a ruling saying the state was well within its rights to seize the animals. 10 News will continue to update this story with any further developments.
