The Virginia Supreme Court has rejected an emergency motion filed by Attorney General Jay Jones to appeal a Tazewell County Circuit Court’s ruling, which blocked the certification of Virginia’s Redistricting vote.
According to court records, Jones filed a motion for an emergency stay of the circuit court’s April 22 order.
