FRANKLIN COUNTY, Va. – Two Mountain Valley Pipeline protesters have locked themselves to equipment, according to advocacy group Appalachians Against Pipelines.
The group says the protest can be seen from where the pipeline crosses Wades Gap Road in Franklin County.
