Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares visited Roanoke on Friday afternoon to hold a roundtable discussion with various law enforcement officials from across Roanoke Valley, speaking with the group on numerous topics, including crime trends and what the officers had seen while patrolling the streets.

January is recognized as Human Trafficking Prevention Month, an epidemic Att. Gen. Jason Miyares is working to fight.

Miyares met with law enforcement agencies from the Highlands and Roanoke areas on Monday.
