Coach Rick Cormanyโs crew played a complete game from start to finish and it started with the younger Cormanyโs-- Cam and Gavin. Cam Cormany started the game with back-to-back three pointers, followed up by one from the wing by Gavin. The two combined for 25 points for the game, as the Bobcats made 13 three pointers in the win. Prioleau started and contributed two buckets in his first action since tearing his ACL during the 2019 football season.

In a Facebook post, store owner Greg Wade thanked his customers, employees, suppliers and the community. As 10 News reported back in July, Wadeโs Super Market downsized to a third of its size, saying the decision was due to competition from larger supermarkets. Wade's Supermarket in Christiansburg will soon shrink to a third of its size after more than 60 years. Wade's once had a chain of supermarkets throughout the New River Valley, but the Christiansburg store is its last location. Wade's decision to downsize the supermarket was also influenced by his father Lowell Wade's recent death, as well as his own struggles with a serious illness. "I was born in a grocery store," Wade said.
