Tim Kaine and Mark Warner both said they will vote against Coney Barrett’s nomination for the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s seat. We want them to just follow their word, but they have decided to break it.”“This is political theater,” Warner said during a separate news conference Wednesday afternoon. A case involving the Affordable Care Act will be heard before the Supreme Court on Nov. 10. “We’re in a pandemic, with people dying, sick and suffering, and we’re willing to break our word, rush a Justice, and repeal the Affordable Care Act,” Kaine said during his speech.

ROANOKE, Va. – Advance Auto Parts has ended a long-term partnership with one of its charitable partners. Advance Auto had been a JDRF partner since 1993. The company confirmed to 10 News that, “While we will no longer host an in-store point-of-sale fundraising campaign, we will continue to invite Team Members to support JDRF through personal fundraising and participation in local events.”Over the years, Advance Auto has donated more than $45 million to help find a cure for Type 1 diabetes. JDRF declined to comment and referred us to Advance Auto’s statement.
